Christina Riechers

Christina Riechers is the General Manager of Square Banking, which provides cash flow tools and access to capital to small business owners globally, lending over $4 billion USD annually. She is a builder and expert in product-led growth, with a track record of growing businesses from zero to scale.

Before Square, Christina was a co-founder of Evidence Action and director of global programs. She has been on the Board since 2015 and chairs the Governance Committee. As an advisor, Christina brings global FinTech and organizational scaling expertise from Square and Visa, and strategic framing from her consulting days at Bain & Company.

Christina holds a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from MIT, and an MPA-International Development from Harvard.
